A platform that analyzes conversations using AI to improve the quality of customer care. Rezo.ai leverages backend API’s to automate conversations end-to-end across voice, email, chat and SNS. It was selected as part of Maruti Suzuki’s accelerator program and many other companies implemented their platform on existing customer care centers to increase the efficiency by 30-40%.
